Volunteering

The Taste of Eden Prairie can only be successful with the help of many volunteers. We combine fun with work by organizing the evening into shifts so volunteers can enjoy the event in addition to helping.

With pre-defined shifts there is usually a time that works for everyone. However, if you can't help on the night of Taste there are other volunteer opportunities to choose from, including: helping with setup before the event starts; cleanup after the event; returning some rental items after the event;, auction item pick up/delivery within Eden Prairie (date TBD); joining the planning and organizing committee; or soliciting donations for our auctions & games.

Sign ups will OPEN on: Wednesday, Feb 1st at 8:00 am

Sign ups will CLOSE on: Wednesday, Feb 22nd at 8:00 am

No one will be able to sign up for a shift prior to February 1st.

Please note that because this is FEPS' main fundraiser and in order to keep ticket prices low for everyone in our community, anyone attending Taste is required to purchase a ticket. This includes volunteers, Taste Committee members, and FEPS Board members. New this year - As a token of our gratitude for volunteering your time, we are offering all volunteers a special discounted ticket price of only $25! Just purchase your ticket for $35 in advance, and you will receive a $10 refund when you check in at the Volunteer Table when you arrive at Taste.
